An enormous part of Chinese history in pattern design is this particular desire for perfect balance – this permeates architecture, textiles, painting, ceramics, gardens and even the Chinese way of life.

Our simple fret pattern gives a glimpse into this balanced, timeless way of design.

This versatile wallpaper is a perfect companion to some of our stronger designs or can be used to transform a room as a stand alone pattern in its own right.

All wallpapers are made to order and take approximately 7 weeks to complete. Due to the bespoke nature of the production process, small colour variations may occur between samples and delivered rolls.

This is a paste to wall product and cross lining a wall in preparation is recommended before hanging the wallpaper.
